SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, depending on the size of the order, within 1-7 business days after payment. Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on carrier fees and may change. Orders over $75 (excluding taxes) qualify for free ground shipping via USPS.
If your package arrives damaged, note it with the carrier upon delivery and keep all packing materials. For damage claims, please reach out to us. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue.
