We strive to get your favorites to you as quickly as possible. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1–7 business days for our team to process and ship your order. We currently ship exclusively within the United States using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size of your package.
For those looking to save, we offer Free Ground Shipping via USPS on all orders over $75 (calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied and excluding taxes). Otherwise, you can select Standard Delivery (4–7 business days) or Express Delivery (1–3 business days) at checkout.
Damaged Packages
In the event that your package arrives damaged, please note the issue with the carrier upon delivery and ensure you keep all original packing materials.
To file a claim, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’re committed to making it right and will respond to your inquiry within 1–2 business days to resolve the issue.
