Yes! We offer Free Ground Shipping via USPS on all orders over $75. Please note that this minimum is calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied and excludes taxes.

We strive to get your favorites to you as quickly as possible. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1–7 business days for our team to hand-prepare and ship your order. We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size of your package. You can choose between Standard Delivery (4–7 business days) or Express Delivery (1–3 business days) at checkout. As a thank you, all orders over $75 (calculated after discounts and excluding taxes) qualify for Free Ground Shipping via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your favorites are on their way!

We are so sorry to hear that! If your package arrives damaged, please note the issue with the carrier upon delivery and ensure you keep all original packing materials. To file a claim, contact us through our Contact Page within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We are committed to making it right and will respond within 1–2 business days to resolve the issue for you.

To maintain the quality and integrity of our hand-poured products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our soy candles or body oils. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out via our Contact Page within 48 hours so we can make it right!
