To ensure a safe and beautiful burn for your Scentimental Essence dough bowl, please follow these guidelines:
The First Burn: Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the bowl during the first light to prevent tunneling.
Trim the Wicks: Before each use, pinch off the charred bits of the wood wicks to keep them at ¼” for an even flame.
Surface Protection: Burn only on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Placing your bowl on a decorative coaster or tray is a great way to add style while protecting your furniture.
Watch the Clock: Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Safety First: Always burn within sight and keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
The Finish Line: Stop using the candle when ½" of wax remains at the bottom of the bowl to protect the wood vessel.
